Michael began cutting his teeth in construction at an early age working with his family as a painter and taper in the summers and weekends in Northern California until he went to college at the University of Southern California. After a successful career as a commercial Real Estate Broker he realized his real passion, construction. While living in Hawaii he began a residential development company building spec homes on the Big Island, Hawaii. He then moved back to California where he worked as a Project Manger for the largest commercial seating company in Northern California. He worked on projects for the top tech companies in the world (Facebook, Pinterest, Pandora, Google, Apple, etc.). After a few visits to Washington State he realized that this is where he wanted to finally put down roots, raise his family and work for the highest quality cabinet company he has seen, DesignLine Dental systems.
steve anderson, lead Engineer
Steve is the man who makes the designs a reality. Steve and his team take our designs and create the parts needed so they can be built. His engineering knowledge and experience have made him a vital part of our process. He has been in high production wood working manufacturing for over 20 years. He is versed in the latest 3D CAD based engineering software so that he can provide us shop drawings and fabrication cut lists for all of our custom products and dental units. He is one of the many reasons why DesignLine Dental Systems is able to create such a high quality product.
Daniel Hovland, lead installer
Daniel started helping his grandfather paint houses during the summers in his early childhood, which planted the seed of home improvement and construction while he was very young. He attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco studying Illustration & Game Design where he learned to design and animate in 3D. Afterwards, he flipped houses with his family in Northern California until he moved to Hawai’i to help the family business in building homes from ground up. Returning to California Daniel focused his attention on finish carpentry, remodeling & painting houses. DesignLine Dental Systems saw his potential and offered him a career in high end dental cabinetry, which he accepted and moved his family to the PNW longterm.
