Installation

Our installation team has over 70 years of combined experience.  They only install cabinets.  Like all things DesignLine, our installation crew is specialized in what they do.  They began with residential kitchen and bath cabinet installation and have been working in commercial cabinetry installation exclusively.  Our installers are Union trained finish carpenters who are masters of their trade.  They are the final step in DesignLine process taking pride in their work and a major contributing factor to the quality and longevity of our final delivered product.

a perfect fit

All of our toe kicks and cabinets are scribed to the to the floors and walls so that they follow the irregularities of the floors and walls.  This gives a true custom built cabinet look and feel.  Cabinets sold through your dental suppliers are installed by the same technicians who install your equipment.  They may be great technicians but they are poor cabinet installers. Which is why our competitors use leg levelers to level their cabinets creating unsightly gaps in the floor and wobbly unstable cabinets.  Most of our competitors sell modular stand alone cabinets like IKEA as they are not equipped with the knowledge let alone the machinery to do what we do.  Would you buy your kitchen cabinets from the appliance repair man then ask him to install them in your dream kitchen?  Then why ask your equipment dealer to do the same?  When you choose DesignLine Dental Systems you are getting master craftsman who specialize in clinical dental cabinetry.  We only build a top of line quality product and our service is unparalleled from the first meeting to the final installed finished product.

A perfect match

Another one of the many things we do to make our product feel and look of the highest quality is we color match our caulk with your wall color paint.  This ensures that all the edges that touch the walls are sealed and blend perfectly.  This is a small detail that when done correctly goes unnoticed.  When you buy DesignLine Dental System cabinets your patients will notice the cabinets and their beauty.  Thus encouraging images of the quality work you will be preforming for them.  If you buy cookie cutter cabinets from your equipment dealer and your patients see unsightly gaps in the floors and walls of your cabinets, what thoughts might be spurring in their imagination of your work?
