intelligent engineering

Our design process is driven by information.  We gather as much as we can through observation and an extensive questionnaire.  We take pictures and notes on architectural details, structure , supports, reviewing the plans for your new office and/or taking field measurements of your existing office if you are remodeling.  We then begin the questionnaire which covers all of the equipment you use large and small, how your office operates, how instruments are processed in Sterilization and distributed, to who works in what Operatories, how do they work, how do they want to work, what do you like when working, what do want to change, etc.

Versus the one size fits all approach our competitors use to herd you into their box line, through manipulation of equipment prices and incentives and promises of discounts with something possibly for free.

When dealing directly with DesignLine Dental Systems, you are dealing directly with the designer, manufacturer, and installers.  There is no dealer putting his mark up, no sales man tying to maximize their commission, no contractor tacking on his fee.  It is just you and us, a direct line.  This saves you money allowing you to get custom dental cabinetry below dental dealers modular cabinet pricing.

Quality Materials

We use water resistant core materials throughout all of our products.  our cabinet parts use commercial grade water resistant particle board cores wrapped with high pressure plastic laminates.  our toe kicks and sink cabinets are made from marine grade plywood wrapped in high pressure plastic laminates.  these materials are applied and assembled in house at our manufacturing plant.  we use blum and sugatsune hinges and hardware ensuring the highest quality.  all of our custom stainless steel components are hand made by a master metal fabricator.  every part, every detail has been thought out and researched.  We are always searching and testing to find better ways, better products to ensure the greatest reliability and thus the greatest longevity in our end products.  we stand behind our work period.

FLEXABILITY

DesignLine Dental Systems custom design flexibility allows us to provide creative solutions to structural problems you may encounter when planning a new office or even remodeling an existing office.  Our custom dental cabinetry can be built to work on angled or curved walls, or even be built around structural posts, as seen in the pictures above.  Another standard option is that can provide overhead access to to utilities by utilizing integral chases in our central cabinets and our 12 0'Clock units.  Again the pictures above show both the overhead chase hiding the utilities coming from above while encapsulating a support post and when it is all closed up all you see is a perfectly fit 12 0'Clock cabinet.  Letting your patients focus on the beauty of your office and skills.
